Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze property/real estate investment opportunities, market, and deal research, and supporting the firm’s transaction execution and portfolio reporting
- Build and run financial models and all financial analysis that informs investment decisions
- Conduct independent market data research to formulate the in-house key underwriting assumptions
- Conduct regular field inspection of various IPs to ensure the accuracy of research data
- Prepare Investment Committee Memorandum and presentation
- Participate in due diligence for investments, including review of legal documentation and gathering of market intelligence
- Liaise with vendor and relevant advisors during due diligence including lawyers, financial and tax advisors, building surveyors, etc
- Support the deals execution, including deal structuring, reviewing SPA
- Contribute to portfolio monitoring, including formal monthly, quarterly, and annual report to key stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master’s degree from top local or internationally recognized universities
- At least 3-year proven experience in real estate/investment/financial advisory/investment banking
- Certificate of CFA is an advantage
- High level written and spoken English
- Ability to self-start, multi-task and accurately complete projects on time and independently
- Able to cope in a fast paced and high-pressured environment and demonstrate good working attitude
- Experience in real estate investment is preferred
- Strong communication/presentation skills
- Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytic skills and the ability to talk through previous deals comprehensively
- Demonstrated experiences in effective negotiation skills
- Excellent stake holder’s relationship management skills
- Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to stake holders
