Manager – Sales – Korea Desk

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate business in leasing industrial properties (Factory/ Warehouse)
  • Recognize client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally
  • Conduct site inspections to assess viability and potential for leasing
  • Continuously source business through networking, organizing marketing and preparing pitch proposals
  • Support clients to get sufficient licenses needed for their operation
  • Build up and maintaining close relationship with people at potential investors, before and during their business operations in Vietnam.
  • Support sale team to prepare the marketing/ presentation material. 
  • Cold call/ follow up call with prospects clients.
  • Maintain an Accurate Database of Customer and Prospect Information
  • Collect the information from Sale team and do weekly report 
  • Liaise with other departments e.g., finance, legal and customer service team to generate the necessary information that the sale team need to present/ respond to the clients

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 7 years of sales or customer support experience in previous experience in Real Estate, or Korean conglomerate
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Korean
  • Good computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong problem-solving skill
  • Well organization & time management.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Mature, dynamic and proactive
